PURPOSE OF THE CCC MEETING (USR 3-2-6):
1. Determine the Temporary Roll of Delegates for the County Pre- Primary Convention.
2. Select the Temporary Officers of the County Pre-Primary Convention.
3. Prescribe any Special Rules for the County Convention.
4. Conduct any other proper business. This meeting will be convened immediately prior to the County Pre-Primary Convention.

PURPOSE OF THE CONVENTION (USR 3-2-7 & 3-2-8):
1. Adopt the Permanent Roll of Delegates.
2. Elect the Permanent Officers of the Convention.
3. Elect Delegates to the Republican State Primary Convention to be held on March 7, 2026, in Ruidoso, NM.
4. Conduct any other proper business stated in the call.
5. Convention Registration Costs:
Voting members: $10.00 registration at the door.
Non-voting guests: $10.00 (Note: Guests are observers, only, may not vote).
All early registrations are due by Thursday, January 21, 2026,
by11:59 PM.

I also affirm that I am currently living full-time in Santa Fe County.

3. I agree to conduct myself at the State Pre-Primary convention with proper decorum and if I am found to be disruptive, disrespectful, or commit any type of violence, I may be removed by the Sergeant-at-Arms for the remainder of the day. I will not be refunded any costs incurred.
